Some people here should read the UCMJ...Sodomy is an offense...
I remember when I was in the service and this issue was being reviewed...They had every damn flag ranking officer testifying before congress on this and not one time did they take depositions from those of us in the trenches so to speak...WE were the ones that were going to have to deal with this issue directly...And a few of us tried to make that point up our chain of command...
We were ignored...So now look what we have...
So have you heard of women soldiers refusing to shoot a terrorist because he’s a hunk? This is getting pretty silly.
