If Seals hangs on for the rat side any Republican would have a good shot at holding the seat.

Seals tried to marry himself to Obama and he lost by a wider margin in 2008 than his narrow loss in 2006.

My bad. Seals actually did slightly better as Obama was taking 60%+ of the district votes.
