PA is an interesting state.

My big concern is ridding the state of Specter and getting Toomey in there. So far, polls look great for Toomey, no matter who his opponent would be.

This has to count as a successful day for conservatives in ILL!

Joe Walsh!
Randy Hultgren!
Dold.
Julie Hamos is losing.

with Brady and Plummer in the lead ...

Those 3 House candidates are a big deal for the country and encouraging for conservatives in other states who are preparing for primaries.

I’m talking about Scott Brown in MA, not IL.

WOOO HOOO!!!! Hultgren projected the winner over Hastert, 55-45% I have to say I wasn't expecting that. Daddy's boy Hastert had all the money and endorsements, and even beat Hultgren in an Illinois Review poll aimed at conservatives.

A Brady/Plummer ticket (first solid conservative GOP ticket in Illinois in 30+ years?) along with Hultgren to take out Bill Foster in November would appear to be a gem in an otherwise disappointing night.

BTW, Glenn Beck came out this morning and announced that he had NOT "endorsed Adam Andrejewski" despite the Adam campaign making up an "endorsement" from Limbaugh and Beck on Monday night due to footage of the Leah Walesa Tea Party rally being featured on their shows.

And yeah it's stupid for Illinois to having a primary this year, but remember it's occuring at this time (are we first in the nation?) because our state legislature moved the primary back to coincide with the "Super Tuesday" presidential primary ... so those early "presidential primaries" are even more ridiculous.

If Seals hangs on for the rat side any Republican would have a good shot at holding the seat.

Seals tried to marry himself to Obama and he lost by a wider margin in 2008 than his narrow loss in 2006.

Scott Brown said he will be an independent voice who will listen to the people of MA. He will not vote the party line.

This is sending red flags right there.

It’s not close anymore. Brady won. It’s a virtual certainty that there aren’t enough votes left for Dillard to overcome his deficit of around 2,200.

Yes, this time that candidate likely would have come up short, but not by all that much. S/he would have given Kirk a run for his money.

That same would apply to Brown in Mass.

He “sounds” good...he “looks” good....but I long ago stopped trusting politicians. If they cannot continuously show me their fitness for the position, they’ll have a problem with me.
