1. Indonesia would have no way of knowing his US Citizenship status. Also, the US doesn't particularly care about someone breaking Indonesian law.
2. A minor cannot legally relinquish US citizenship. It must be done as an adult.

Same question that came into my mid. If it were a non-issue, you wouldn’t bring it up. If it were a non-issue then you’d just regard the birthers like I regard the 9/11 truthers.
Bill O’Reilly yesterday evening told us that two Hawaiian newspapers had duly reported the birth of Barack Obama (or whatever was his name at birth). I wrote to Mr. O’Reilly today, asking him to show us, on TV and his personal website, readable images of those newpaper items, in the interest of putting this troubling matter to rest.

Obama is hiding something, and that’s all I need to know in order to have serious questions about his citizenship. If he didn’t have something to hide, he’d be tossing his birth certificate in our face every chance he got....and he’s got lots of chances. He’s such an arrogant punk that he’d paste it over the seal on his podium if he HAD one to paste.
We have every right to question your citizenship Mr. President. It's part of the US Constitution (the document you seem to detest). All you have to do is produce it for all to verify and see and put it back into your quadruple locked vault with all your other secret documents (including educational records) that you've spent more than a million dollars securing to the max from anyone and everyone.
By producing your authentic birth certificate Mr. Obama, you give us two things:
1 - Proof of Citizenship (if indeed you are a citizen); and
2 - Transparency (for at least this one item, because you haven't given it to us for anything else).
The more secretive you are about your personal information and provable documents, the more distrustful we are of you and pretty much everything you say and do. By the way DEMOCRATS from your own party - and a great majority of other Americans are asking the same thing, so don't be accusing right-wingers, conservatives or independents of being the only ones asking questions about you because we, the people, have the right to ask and to have our question answered.

This is an open forum.
I suspect that it dawned on someone at the White House that Obama’s remarks about the supreme court might backfire. They may decide to hear this issue as a way to give Obama the finger.
There are some interesting arguments based solely on the fact that his father wasn’t a citizen. If it went to the supreme court nobody could predict 100% how they would rule.
I suspect there is something damaging on the original (like lists religion as muslim, origninal middle name was Mohammed, or lists someone else as father). That’s pure speculation, but makes the most sense.
It was quite strange for him to bring this up at the Natl. Prayer Breakfast. It now becomes obvious that Obambi is bothered about questions of his eligibility! This is good IMHO.
He knows how to clear this all up but of course there is a reason he does not.

If it was the hospital or the State of HI, why is the birth of twin daughters to a local doctor, on that date at that hospital, not in the newspaper?
A doctor who happened to have an office at or near the same Kalanianiole address as used in obama’s birth ad
