Of course the info in a newspaper notice does not constitute of legal document. I don't think you would get far with that if you wanted to get a passport or driver's license.

How do you know that the ad in Honolulu Advertiser wasn’t planted in 1961 because of the possibility that Obama would be running for president in 2008?

He was born in Kenya and they placed the notice in 1961 to cover their tracks. Diabolical but possible! None dare call it conspiracy.
