No surprise here. Who will Pat Quinn choose as his running mate? He’s an anti-Machine Democrat who’s been making nice with the Machine crowd lately.

I was going to say Hynes, but after the way Hynes went after Quinn, perhaps not. Maybe the second-place finisher in the Lt Gov race that racked up the endorsements, State Rep. Arthur Turner.

Chicago politics at its finest. And, these scumbags have the nerve to coin, “handgate.”
These people make me sick! Why do the citizens of IL continue to vote for such bottom feeders?

Actually, there is ONE person who could help Quinn out, get him in tight with the Combine... Mark Kirk. He’d be perfect as the Democrat nominee for Lt Governor, and he doesn’t have to change any of his political positions. Can we get him to leave the Senate race to run with Quinn ?

Kirk would never run as a Democrat this year. In any event, he would be no worse than Charles Percy, the last Republican Senator there.
