For his family and for some of the more sensitve posters here on FR, I didn’t say what I really thought. Would have burned up my keyboard. Murtha represented my district. I loathed him.
Don’t know me well enough to say what you said to me. I was never kind, OR gentle when it came to Murtha. Ever.

Sorry guys but I can’t be sad to see him gone. There is, I believe, a special place in hell for dirtbags like him and teddy. I know this will probably be removed from the thread but when this scumbag falsely accused my cousin of murder I lost any benefit of the doubt concerning his being either an American or a human.

I know that there was a Republican who was trying to get Veterans to back his bid for Murtha's seat.
With the loss of Ted Kennedy, and now John Murtha, the Democrats have lost two of their leaders to illness.
