Three House Democrats are now pushing legislation that would stop the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from regulating carbon emissionsa decision the agency announced in December without express permission from the Congress.

These three are endangered species. LOL
This “may” be a bi-partisan piece of legislation in the making. Usually I would run away from a piece of dimoKKKRAT legislation as fast as I can.
Don’t think so, Not one Repub voted for the cap-n-trade in the house did they? If so who?
Collin Peterson just trying to pimp for more ethanol.
EPA CO2 ping
Puhleze, Republicans can only hope to block Democrat efforts. You think any bill they propose would hit the floor?
One caveat to that. ANY Republican who supports carbon taxes is toast. I can think of a few that would be good toast.
Yeah, I heard that term on the radio today.
Carbon emissions would be soot and black smoke. Carbon would still burn. CO2 is carbon that has already burned and the carbon is rendered stable by two stubborn oxygen atoms.
"Carbon emissions" is just a propaganda term to fool people into believing a lie.
It's not like cars are driving around belching soot and black smoke.
Ike Skelton voted for Cap & Trade. Don’t let his latest window dressing fool you...
Ike gives off the impression of being some “old country lawyer.” He has never held a private industry job in his life.
Ever.
In semi related news I heard that windmills in Minnesota were freezing up so I went looking for a story and found this. LOL
There were a few. Mary Bono Mack (excuse: because she was afraid the EPA would do something worse).
Also Mark Kirk, the RINO who is running for Obama;s old senate seat.
But this is a different issue. This bill would stop the EPA from regulating CO2.
Spread the word and vote the sleleton out
So what do they want? More ‘donations’ from Carol Browner?
Minnesotans are having the damndest time with green energy. Last year their school buses stopped running because ethanol freezes and they went to a higher concentrate of ethanol fuel in their buses.
The funny thing is that at the end of the story the writer points to solar as a possible replacement for wind. LOL
Duh, its still Minnesota.
Yes, there were house “Republicans” who voted for cap & tax. 7 or 8 of them, I believe.
Mark Kirk is the IL Rep who just won the primary for Barry’s old Senate seat.
He’s left of most Democrats in free states. He voted for the energy tax bill, gun control (in one of the most restrictive places in the country), and the trillion dollar spending bill.
Peterson, Skelton and Pomeroy must feel their political careers in jeopardy come November.
No doubt with good reason.
Ironic ain't it? If "global warming" was real, they would work just fine.
