“But he doesn’t fear for the illiterate voters who swallowed Obama’s unicorns and ponies act without questioning it?”

Whaaatt? I thought it was one or the other, I didn’t know he promised both! Waaahh, I want my pony!!!

but there's something so snarky about that phrase -- as if to say, "You don't have a job? You're still without health care? Obama wasn't able to heal the sick, change water into wine, bring peace and harmony to the world?

It would be snarky if Obama hadn't actually promised those things. He and his minions did imply those things would come about, though, along with the water going down and "global warming" ending. The line is valid.

You got the unicorn? All I got was the pony. I haven't actually seen the pony yet, but I've seen a lot of manure all over my country since Obama took office, so I figure the pony must be galloping all over the place.

HEY, DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

He had the gall to say it, he can own it.

Not that I agree with him, but I’d take “cynical and shallow” all day long if I could get rid of the Marxist, world court advocate presently occupying the White House.

Ignorant of the facts this guy leaves out the numerous “nonsense ethics lawsuits” brought about by her LIBERAL enemies that Palin had to defend against after the election.
This drained her of quality time to Govern Alaska and piled up about $500,000 of legal bills. This made her resign her post. The Dumbocrats were in glee after this resignation not bright enough to realize that she was now free to impart upon their political philosophy MAJOR SETBACKS.

She answered a more important calling and a chance to improve her personal revenue because of her HUGE popularity.

This guy is too stupid to realize that Palin after being cannibalized by the MSM ever since her acceptance speech never misses an opportunity to whip them. I love it! As an example, she appeared with the words HI MOM written in her hand after the latest MSM criticism of using cribbed notes for her Tea Party speech! Never heard the same “drive by journalist” complain about the President’s teleprompters where he reads most of his speech.

Keep your eyes open Roeper; you will have a lot to write about in the coming months. She has barely hit full stride! If New Jersey, Virginia and that seat in Massachusetts is an indication; the storm is just brewing.

We don't even get cynical, but we get shallow. And hypocritical. It's so gauche to write notes on your hand, but their guy can't even talk to a sixth-grade class without a teleprompter. Imagine Bush on 9/11, reading a story book from a teleprompter when the planes hit the Twin Towers. I wonder what this guy had to say about that? Plus, their guy can't pronounce corpsman, but Bush never got away with saying nucular when he meant to say nuclear.

It's amazing, they love their high-tech teleprompter, but if you go back to the basics, like writing, they laugh at you. They say they want us to give up cars, but as soon as we start riding horses, they will laugh at us.

Yeah, I remember that. Dropped my jaw worse than anything the Slickster ever said, and that's saying something.

Amazing how the press is only interested in speaking fees when Republicans get them. Any interest in how Bill Clinton went from the lowest paid governor in the country to a bank account with over a hundred million?

Of course it's legit to criticize President Obama and his policies, but there's something so snarky about that phrase -- as if to say, "You don't have a job? You're still without health care? Obama wasn't able to heal the sick, change water into wine, bring peace and harmony to the world? Hahahaha! How's that hope and change working out for you, SUCKER!"

Well, yeah. After eight years of having "Mission Accomplished," "Great job, Brownie," etc., thrown in our faces, I find it hard to care.

Can her fans really relate to quitting job, making millions?

She quit a low-paying government job that wasn't even covering her bills, and went out on her own and made a success of it.

There's Sarah Palin, who walked away from her duties as governor so she could reap millions from a book and promote it with a rock-star bus tour, get a lucrative gig on Fox News, command six-figure speaking fees, charge In Touch magazine a hundred grand for a cover story -- and she's sayin' she can relate to the downtrodden and the disenfranchised?

Next we'll be hearing that she complained to a group of women from families with a household income of less than $40K that Piper's piano and dance lessons were $14,000 the previous year.
