The perception from many here in PA is that this Penn State decision appears to be the first step to a complete whitewashing of Mann.
My RINO state legislators are totally silent on this matter in Harrisburg pretending that Penn State is serious about investigating Mann.

I’m a Penn State graduate and my checkbook remains slammed shut.
Pennsylvania legislators can’t be expected to give a rat’s behind about this fraud Mann because the more federal grant money that slushes into Penn State, the less they have to shell out from state coffers.
In normal circumstances where you don’t have the FBI under the thumb of a corrupt p.o.s. like Holder, agents would have already boxed up everything in Mann’s office and a federal prosecutor would have named him as a “target”.
No, this ball is going to have to be picked up by federal-level Republicans. Even then, I don’t expect an indictment anytime soon, or even a hearing. Not as long as the scumbag Democrats are running the show. Their socialist agenda relies heavily on perpetuating the “global warming” scam.

There are some others who need to be investigated as well. Inhofe can start with Mann, but his list should include everyone who was conspiring with Phil Jones to lie, deceive, defame, and manipulate. Just follow the trail of the e-mails.
I’m sure everyone who is paying attention already knows this but if you look at the contributories of Mann’s famous “hockey stick” you’ll see Jones’ name there (Jones, the other scumbag of East Anglia/CRU fame)
