Only have a sister. She has no room for the goats and (believe it or not) I just sent her a grand today so her dog could have surgery. I can’t afford for her to own another.

Finished watching the Nationwide race at 10:00PM last night due to a hectic day of errands. Because of Sunday activities + Valentines Day I’ll have to watch the race via recording; did you know that those musical cards you give now have a thingy that lets you record a personalized greetings before they play the featured song? I just received one from Mrs. Happydog - and it was personal :)
Partly cloudy w/a high of 56 in Daytona Beach today? Wow.
Drivers are set but its lady luck in this one. Those last two wrecks in the Nationwide were bad-ugly. I still am amazed that the drivers are so calm (like Dale Jr’s cmts) after being involved in major wreck.
My only prediction for the race today is that a lot of good drivers are going to get caught up in someone elses mess.
Things are so bad here we had to recycle last years V cards. I think I heard that 27 vehicles were wrecked in the NW and Truck races yesterday and I suspect todays race will exceed that. Raining in 95501 Zip code but you knew that.
Unfortunately I’m at the age that I wouldn’t know if the card was new or from last year. I do know that every holiday/anniversary/event means more to me every year that passes by.
Light drizzle & 43 in Bend; supposed to be in the 50’s tomorrow.
Mrs. Happydog just brought me fresh-baked cranberry scones & a cup of Boca Java. :)
