On Friday, Washington Post film critic Michael O'Sullivan reviewed the new movie for teens and

tweens, Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief. This line tended to stand out.

A couple of characters get off some real zingers here. Grover actually suggests, at one point, that President Obama might be a demigod.

If he’s a demigod, that throws a new wrench into the NBC issue, since we don’t know if Zeus (or whoever is his divine father) was here “under the jurisdiction” of U.S. law. Can a god be subject to human law? I don’t think so.
