He's right, it bad policy, dangerous for our nation during a time when other nations are drawing plans to surpass us on the high frontier.

The nations that lead on the frontiers, dictate the course of human history.

Obama seems determined to tear down our nation wherever we excel. Human spaceflight is a showcase example of how America is deeply rooted in the pioneer and exploration culture. This nation was literally born of that. We dream big, we DO big. And we don't give up! Well liberals do. LOL

We cannot turn our back and walk away when things get hard especially when the strategic positioning of our nation is involved!

Support for Obama's nebulous and un-specific giant leap backwards is luke warm and resistance to it is clearly growing.

He wants to hijack NASA from it’s original charter and use it to pump up “credibility” for the global climate change myth.

The unfortunate part of all this is that Huntsville has to bypass the Least Effective Member of Congress, Rep. Parker Griffin, Democrat -- oops, self-opportunistic 'Republican' -- in their efforts.

Interesting timing of the cutback announcement following PG's party switch.

Hope and change right? The question has always been what is obama hoping for and what are we supposed to change to? Well now we know, Obama wants us to change back to the stone-age.

I never thought I’d see the day the Freepers were banding together to call for government spending. Can anyone tell me where taxing citizens for space research is cited in the Constitution?

The technology transfer benefits that have come out of NASA are too numerous to measure in terms of dollars and items. If you were to put a NASA sticker on every thing in a hospital that was developed or improved by NASA, it would cover almost everything. Same for commercial airplanes. We are a much poorer nation without the innovative thinking of the minds that are in that great agency called NASA.

If they could prove 0bama is not a US Citizen, then ALL of his pronouncements, Executive Orders, and signed Congressional Bills would not be valid.

The more people angry at 0bama’s policies, the better.

Did the end of this program create massive layoffs at UA-Huntsville? Did this program have any interchange with the university Department of Biology where there were 3 murders and 3 wounded in a faculty meeting today????
