Stop it, silly. I explained this to you just last week. At one time Ron Paul supported Ronald Reagan. By 1988 things changed drastically. Paul decided to run for POTUS on the Libertarian Party ticket and he ran against the Reagan administration. In fact Paul called Reagan a "dramatic failure". If Reagan were alive today there is no way he would have agreed with Ron Paul or endorsed anyone who would blame America for the 911 attacks and not the terrorists. Reagan would have stood side by side with Bush43 and Cheney in support of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Reagan would have also supported the Patriot Act, FISA, Gitmo and enhanced interrogation. Also, Reagan would have vehemently opposed Ron Paul's call to bring all 500K+ US troops home form around the world. Reagan was not an isolationist and he didn't believe in a foreign policy that shut off America from defending her best interests or helping her friends and allies.

Face it, Ron and Rand Paul are dangerous and naive kooks.

Although that might be pushing it a bit, it's unfortunately becoming more and more true. I've met Dr. Paul on a couple of occasions and found him to be pleasant and sincere. He was once a great proponent of individual liberty, gun rights, right to life, and limited constitutional government.

Not knowing this spokesperson, it's hard to read his written statement and not know if any of it is tongue-in-cheek. Using the term "in the country" makes one think that this is a national figure; otherwise, I might consider some famous/popular Kentuckian, like John Calipari as someone suggested. I don't think that's the case due to the "in the country" reference. So, if it's a national figure, could it be some famous athlete or personality? I don't think so. Who's the most famous and popular athlete or personality in the country right now? Drew Brees? Some actor? Well, first of all, who would care about someone like that (non-Kentuckian) endorsing a Kentucky senate candidate, and why would they?

What about a conservative talk show host? As others have pointed out, Rush doesn't endorse. Hannity bigger than Palin? Nope. Glenn Beck? Who would say he's "bigger than Palin"? I guess it depends on who you talk to, but I don't think an endorsement by a talk show host or just about any non-politician could be called bigger than Palin.

That pretty much leaves us with politicians. So what politician is a bigger endorsement than Palin? Let's face it, there aren't a lot of very popular GOP pols right now. I think the only one that could possibly be said to be "bigger than Palin" right now would be Scott Brown, the new GOP Senator from Massachusetts. He obviously has great appeal to moderates and independents, as well as GOP voters, so he has broad-based support. He is now a national figure, and has already made endorsements of other Senatorial candidates (McCain). The only part that makes me doubt that it is Scott Brown is the "You will never guess" part, but I can't think of anyone who fits the bill better; therefore, my educated guess is:
