Why are they focusing so much on this poor, innocent victim? Every good liberal knows that people don’t shoot people... that it’s the gun that shoots people.
The lady is just an innocent victim in this, just like the rest of the dead.
Right? Right?
(Oh, wait... When it’s one of their own, they find that it’s the person that’s at fault, not the gun.)

Who said understanding someones motive has anything to do with condoning their action.
The problem here is that we don't know anything about the killer's motive aside from the fact that denial of tenure had something to do with it. You're making a completely unwarranted assumption that racial discrimination had anything to do with this denial. You don't have any good reason to believe that the university denied her tenure because of her skin color. You don't have any good reason to believe that she thought discrimination had anything to do with her situation. So why drag this completely unrelated topic into this?

Heard a few hours ago that she and her husband were once suspects in a pipe bomb situation......

Of 5 non-whites in the 15 member department, 4 were shot.If 15 people were indeed in the meeting, and she preferentially gunned down the non-whites - then you might have a point.
She certainly had a monomania about tenure. I believe she meant to kill everyone there, but it's conceivable she started with those she regarded as racial set-asides.
Or heck, maybe they were closest.

One, Dr. Podila, was department chair, so certainly involved in her rejection for tenure. A black professor, Dr. Maria Ragland Davis, was quoted by her husband to have told him that Bishop had an inflated opinion of herself.
She might have been aiming, but not necessarily for racial reasons.

...assumption that racial discrimination had anything to do with this denial.
Evidence ??? She made a point of shooting the "minority" members of the board. We would like to see the list of professors who DID make tenure. Everyone is so PC and PROZAC nation that this will be totally erased from the news mucho presto bingo. It's a very ugly scene. (We will never get the tenure list, I'd bet.)

Cant be. At the time of her brothers death, her paternal grandfather was dead (the obit is in the Glove archives). Her maternal grandmother was living in Lynn, Ma and her other grandparents lived in New Hampshire. Theres no connection to a Cohasset mansion or any yacht club that I can find.

She shot 6 people, two of whom were white - and both of the white people are in critical condition. Her killing spree ended when she tried to shoot her best friend - a white woman - in the head and her gun jammed. Bishop herself is apparently a far-left extremist and a rabid supporter of Obama.
It takes a lot of projection to imagine that she made a point of shooting the non-white members of the board. Let's face facts - race is your issue, not hers.

I was just reading my post and I think those last two sentences came off much harsher than I intended - my apologies. I just think that you're reading something into this situation that there's no evidence for.
