Its a shoe insert that promises to correct bow legs.Someone must have told her that standing with her legs spread apart would make them look like they aren't bowlegged. It doesn't work - they are very bowlegged. She needs longer skirts and someone with some sense of fashion - 'cause she's got NONE.
