Why doesn’t he just go away.

Unfortunately a huckster won't go away as long as he's making money. That's why so many of us that saw how he really governs in our state call him the Huckster. Sadly, some still think he's a conservative politician.

I’m always amazed that people forget the origin of “big tent” politics.

The phrase means that people of all sorts are welcome under the big top of the party - but the party leadership would remain conservative. Unfortunately, with the RINO monsters that have come to power in the GOP, “big tent” has come to mean “unconservative”.

Reagan was the ultimate big-tent politician. He said “I’m going my conservative way, and you are welcome to come along”, and the vast majority of the country did.

/rant ;-P

I attended a "Willow Creek" church for a time but when the "young, hip" minister had a sermon about the greed in the 80's and began bashing Reagan, I got up and walked out.

I've never returned although still searching for a good, conservative church. I do enjoy watching many programs on TBN/Church Channel including David Jeremiah who reminds me of D. James Kennedy - a great pastor and a great American.

I left a church for the similar reason. When the minister gave a cheer from the pulpit and said that clinton had been found “innocent” I decided that I had had enough.

i’m done with RINOs, i’d like to keep my country... i don’t want to turn it into china
