ANCHORAGE, Alaska Bristol Palins lawyer is seeking permission to subpoena media outlets such as Playgirl magazine and CNN to determine how much money Levi Johnston, the father of her child, has made to calculate an appropriate level of child support.
Attorney Thomas Van Flein filed a motion seeking permission to conduct out-of-state depositions and obtain financial records from the magazine, CNN, Entertainment Tonight, Vanity Fair, the National Enquirer, Star magazine and Insider.
It could take a judge weeks to decide on the request by Palin, the teenage daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate.

Can’t the judge force Levi to produce his income tax records for last year? Or, if he can, is the Palin lawyer suggesting Levi might not have reported all the income he received?
LOL!! GO BRISTOL!
Crush the little dweebs mivonks Bristol!
LLS
Isn’t he suing for visitation or custody as well?
Actually this will be the first time ever that a deadbeat dad will be the sympathy figure in such a dispute. My guess is the NYT, WaPo, LAT, ABCNNBCBS, MSNBC et al will be slavering to give Levi a friendly interview. At the same time they will be savaging Bristol and of course the hated Sarah.
I hope Bristol makes a wiser choice the second time around and picks a fellow with his head on straight, to be stepfather to the child. It’s hard to see how Levi’s kid could view his biological dad as anything other than a jerk.
Levi wanted this all to be public, so it’s high time to shine the light on HIS dirt.
GOOD GIRL!
She is more like stunning!
Has Levi been paying taxes on his ill gotten gain????.....hmmmmmmmm.....

Sleazily gotten but technically not illegal.
