I would like to ask Mr. Pitts what he imagines Barack Obama might be doing today, were it not for affirmative action?

I suspect his answer would be perfectly revealing. I would bet a great deal of money that whatever similar lack of achievement he suggested for Obama, he would in the same breath blame on white racism. That is to say, like all racialists he would avoid the glaring truth: Obama lacks much of the intellect and ability popularly ascribed to him in the service of the guilt industry.

It is a dirty little secret of the modern "intellectual class" that they are in truth more ideological than intellectual. Their desire to control and own trumps any desire for either comprehension or explanation to people they consider socially inferior.

If “intellectuals” are the ones currently destroying are once great nation, I will be happy to elect someone who is not considered one. Common sense, wisdom, integrity and Conservative values are what built this country. If Obama is an idiot for reading a prepared speech off a teleprompter, what are you for reading notes you've inked on your hand like a school kid who failed to study for the big test?

No, Obama IS an idiot who reads prepared speeches...he's not an idiot because he reads prepared speeches. But honestly, if he can't speak to a class of 6th graders without someone writing down what to say for him why do you think we should take his vaunted intellect seriously?

And answer me this...how many words did Palin have written on her hand? 4 or 5? So she was able to give a speech with just a few words as a reminder, whereas Obama needs every word of his speeches presented in front of him. Again, try to look at it objectively and tell me which one is the better speaker...and I said speaker, not reader.
