The damage is done. This story is moot.
Yeah but it gets the wacky left spun up.... because they are all about holding Bush accountable....and now they can blame Obama for not doing that

Reuters is running
Bush lawyers criticized on interrogation advice
Thanks for the link! I read the article and have yet to figure out what poor judgement was involved. With 5,000 dead Americans at the hands of there terrorists, I would expect some harsh interrogation. There was even a time where I would have offered to do it myself.
The Holder Justice Department talking about “poor judgment”? Don’t make me laugh.
a penny for Joe's thoughts .. lol
Conyers is ready for further hearings....
LOL... per Fox News: “it’s not over yet.”
US President Barack Obama delivers remarks and signs an executive order
establishing the bipartisan National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and
Reform at the White House in Washington, DC, with Vice President Joe Biden (L)
and co-chairs of the commission, Erskine Bowles (C) and Alan Simpson (R).

Thank you, President One, for providing the investigators jobs to tell us what we knew at the beginning. Jobs saved, all over the place.
Don’t foget, the lack of expression may be Pelosi Botox Syndrome! (he was really happy...on the inside)
Friday night news dump.
Bad news for the nutroots, Overbite and Madcow.
They talked about it and it made the news. Mission accomplished
I’d like to put a few people on a water board...
Their judgement will be vindicated with history. The Holder Justice Department will be revealed as cowardly and vindictive.
They ought to bring Janet Reno back to shake things up.

On April 17, 2009, Reno was awarded the Justice Award by the American Judicature Society.[13] Eric Holder, Jr, Attorney General under the Obama Administration, presented Reno the award. Seth Andersen, Executive Vice President of AJS said the award recognizes her commitment to improving our systems of justice and educating Americans about our great common enterprise — to ensure equality under the law.[14] The award is the highest given by the AJS, and recognizes significant contributions toward improvements in the administration of justice within the United States.
what is their rationale for claiming they used poor judgement? DOJ showed poor judgment in wasting time on this crap.
This DOJ decision will not make a difference to those who's public via media agenda is to attack the Right-Bush/Cheney. Behind locked doors, they want the same thing-their family and cohorts safe from another 9/11.
