Many people would have us believe that it would not actually be possible to round up and deport all illegal aliens in the U.S. This is most definitely not the case. It is merely a lack of resolve to do so. How can I say this? Easy. It’s been done successfully multiple times in the past. In fact, three of our most well-known presidents initiated successful illegal alien deportation programs.
First, President Herbert Hoover, during the great depression, ordered the deportation of all illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work. My question is, why would you have to make an exception to “business as usual” to enforce the law?
Next, the greatly respected President Harry Truman deported over two million illegal aliens after World War II to create jobs for returning veterans. Were they allowed in because of a workforce shortage during WWII? I suppose that could be a reason they were here.
Finally and most recently, beginning in 1954, the very popular and practical President Dwight Eisenhower successfully deported millions of illegal alien Mexican nationals in a program called “Operation Wetback”, which lasted two years. Again, this was reportedly done to make more jobs available for World War II and Korean War veterans.
We now have a huge number of citizens out of work, including returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. It seems we ought to be able to do the same thing today. All that is required is that we actually enforce the law. There is nothing “ambiguous” or “complicated” about illegal immigration. It’s illegal, the people doing it know it, and they are therefore criminals who should be arrested and deported. The people that deliberately hire illegals should be arrested and jailed or fined heavily.
We could put a stop to the current situation if politicians weren’t often criminal co-conspirators, and law enforcement agencies either disinterested, or told to look the other way. I was stunned to watch a video of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi telling a Hispanic group in San Francisco that she considered illegal aliens “patriotic.”
Where did she come up with that idiotic idea? I have long felt that the Democratic Party is not interested in deporting illegal aliens, because they are considered future democratic voters. The situation in PEisenhower’s time sounds eerily like that today. In the 2006 publication of Christian Science Monitor, an article includes how Eisenhower dealt with border crossings.

So the U.S has repeatedly shown that, given the will to do so, rounding up and deporting illegal aliens is not only possible, but has been shown to not harm our economy or made it impossible to produce any particular goods or services. Let’s just get on with it and get it done.

Rush Limbaugh’s solution. Let’s begin with trying to deport 3% of the 12 m illegals and see how that works. It would create an environment for the rest to panic and leave. Nearly 1/2 of all illegals are individuals who have overstayed their visas and have no plans of returning back- mostly South Asians and Middle-Easterners.

Two illegal aliens charged with murder of South Carolina man

On Wednesday, Lexington County sheriff’s detectives arrested Erik Ponce Cruz, 23, and Odilon Iglesias Bello, 29, for the murder of William Lee “Willie” Adams, 41, who was stabbed to death on the front porch of his West Columbia home a few days earlier.
According to Lexington County Sheriff James Metts, Adams was acquainted with both men. Adams died from a stab wound to his abdomen with a butcher knife, the fatal stabbing allegedly followed am argument at Adams’ home over money.
A third man, Clayton Clark, 52, has been arrested for lying to police, after initially telling detectives he did not know how Adams was killed, as he was not present. Clark later recanted that claim and identified the two illegal aliens as Adam’s assailants.
Both Cruz and Bello are Mexican nationals, Immigration and Customs Enforcement have been notified of their illegal status and are currently being held without bond in the Lexington County Detention Center.
A few facts on criminal aliens:
-95 percent of homicide warrants in Los Angeles are issued for illegal aliens. Additionally, 67 percent of the 17,000 outstanding fugitive felony warrants in that city are issued for illegal aliens.
-83 percent of homicide warrants in Phoenix are issued for illegal aliens.
-86 percent of homicide warrants issued in Albuquerque, New Mexico are issued for illegal aliens.
-In Operation Predator, ICE arrested and deported 6,085 illegal alien pedophiles. There have been many studies which suggest that each pedophile molests and average of 148 children over their lifetime. Considering that estimate, the deportees alone could have accounted for 900,580 victims.
-29 percent of the U.S. prison population is comprised of illegal aliens, at an annual cost to the American taxpayers of more than $1.6 billion.
It’s very simple: remove the economic incentive. No welfare or access to public services. US citizens only. Done.

…but then again, maybe it is. Barack Obama’s stated position on the current deluge of illegal aliens flooding this country is that he wants to slow or stop the current wave of “illegal immigration into the United States, and then deal compassionately and fairly with the illegal immigrants who re already living here.”

It seems that he’s getting his wish in at least one case, where an illegal alien first ordered deported in 2004 is still being treated very compassionately by an immigration court in Massachusetts: Zeituni Polly Onyango, Obama’s aunt who immigrated to the U.S. illegally from Kenya in 2000.

In fact, Aunt Zeituni is being treated very compassionately by her hosts in Massachusetts and the U.S. government. She currently resides in government-subsidized housing and has been allowed to contribute to her nephew’s election campaign – an illegal act under our election laws. Obama even highlighted this fact in his State of the Union speech while railing against the Supreme Court’s decision to allow corporations and unions, among others, to contribute to political campaigns right up until Election Day.
So it seems that Aunt Zeituni really is an illegal alien, even as defined by such open borders advocates as Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, who has stated that to be an illegal alien, one must commit an illegal act. Aunt Zeituni also suffers from back problems that require her to walk with a cane. How long will it be before she’s receiving government health care that the President assured us in a speech before Congress illegal aliens would never receive? It seems we know where the Democrats stand on illegal immigration, but then, we knew that all along, didn’t we?

Bill Would Prevent Mortgage Fraud by Illegal Aliens
A U.S. Congressman from Texas has just introduced a bill intended to prevent mortgage fraud by illegal aliens.
The Mortgage E-Verify Act, introduced by Rep. Kenny Marchant (R, Texas 24th), would require that the identity of all applicants for new or modified mortgages held by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac or insured by the FHA, be confirmed through the E-Verify program of the Department of Homeland Security.
“My bill will potentially save millions by cutting down on fraudulent claims from illegal immigrants and protect taxpayers from subsidizing the restructuring or renegotiation mortgages of illegal immigrants,” said Rep. Marchant in a press release.
Marchant cites Treasury Department data showing that incidents of mortgage fraud increased an estimated 1,411 percent from 1997 to 2005. “Furthermore, two-thirds of fraud reports in the last decade are due to falsified statements on loan documents,” he noted. “My bill would curb these abuses and protect the taxpayers.”
There was a major case in Nevada where a mortgage company branch manager conspired to manufacture and submit false employment and income documentation for borrowers, most of whom were illegal immigrants. Fifty-eight of the 233 fraudulent FHA loans totaling $6.2 million have, not surprisingly, gone into default, costing HUD nearly $2 million. The branch manager was found guilty on 32 counts of submitting false information to HUD, and one count of conspiracy. — U.S. Rep. Kenny Marchant press release.
The FBI defines mortgage fraud as “a material misstatement, misrepresentation, or omission relied upon by an underwriter or lender to fund, purchase, or insure a loan.”

Illegal immigration is one of the leading causes in the destruction of America.
Rule #1 anyone attempting to cross the border, not at a designated ICE checkpoint is declared hostile; shoot on sight. This provision would be an extended circumstance of Castle Doctrine; volunteers invoking Castle Doctrine would not be liable for civil suits.
Rule #2 Minuteman/militia volunteers must be natural born US Citizens over the age of 21 and provide their own firearms, ammunition, and equipment.
Rule #3 Minutemen/militia would be non-paid volunteers; however time, ammuntion, and equipment could be tax deductable as community service/charity.
Rule #5 Any person found guilty of knowingly hiring an illegal immigrant would be guilty of a felony. Their business would be liable for seizure and sentenced to minimum 5 years in prison. Any individual that knowingly harbors illegal immigrants would be guilty of a felony and sentenced to 5 years in prison. Any individual that provides information leading to the deportation and arrest of illegal immigrants/accomplices could possibly receive a reward.
Rule #6 Any illegal immigrant detained with illegal narcotics (with the intent to sell) and affiliation with drug cartels, would be guilty of narco-terrorism and subject to US military tribunal. Affiliation with cartels responsible for the death of American citizens could be subject the death penalty.
Rule #7 Following a 30 day grace period [allowing illegals to repatriate], all natural born US citizens over the age of 21 are authorized to detain and deport illegal immigrants. If a KNOWN illegal attempts to resist or use force to escape, deadly force is authorized.
