They are challenging on the basis of all the recent “gates.” I think they should have included the science.

"Isn’t it, though?" "Ugh..."
But so appropriate. Hopefully more in power of persuasion will go after this Administration and it's EPA.
As you, I continue to wonder when are the alphabets going to start to get on the bandwagon. They are not dumb, nor unaware.
They play the waiting game. They are so good at fashioning events into fitting their particular ideologies and views of the world, plus of course in some cases, their associations as being partly owned by a given world class industry as well as board members who have a big say in how they approach the news.
But with the Internet being as it is and word of mouth... damn a day don't go by when I do not partly educate some customers as to what the deal is with global warming, or say how their health insurance might be effected etc., or how badly this administration is performing in the critical issues regarding our national defense. Word gets out. People start to to think.
And surely what little part I am doing perhaps reaching a few hundred per week out of say five thousand... is happening elsewhere.
I am referred to as mister global warming at my Home Depot Store. No one is spared. And they listen. I blast them with facts that strike home.
Now let us extend that spirit of sharing info regarding AGW and Climategate across the vast network of colleges and universities in America and the rest of the free world.
Add huge numbers of chemist, programmers, engineers, bankers, stock traders, so many others, that have access at home and at work to the Internet. Word gets out.
Enough said. The proverbial ***t has hit the fan.
And once a critical mass within their (L/MSM) minds, has been crossed, they will start to write all about what we all are already fully on board with.
They don't want to appear as dummies and media control freaks by the masses. They are already down in the dumps.

Off course the brutal winter we in Philly have thus far experienced helps to drive home the points.

I have to hit the rack within minutes. Got to get up early to return to a store where we might on a given day have twenty or thirty thousands dollars in theft, and huge amounts of store returns that we know in our hearts are folks that have got out of the store and now want credits on returns. It is total madness. HD policy like many other chains. Where the best policy would be for us to refuse to accept returns and cash distribution so that they can fill their veins with drugs.
This is the reality. Do have a great upcoming day.

I saw where Toyota execs are saying the Democrats are being activists and hostile toward industry. Maybe, they will join in on the law suit.

More so than his SUV and private jets.
