One of the most important things Peabody seeks here is a full evidentiary hearing on Climaregate. If it gets that, it will be possible to hold Gore to account for the first time.

We’re getting closer to the time when we are going to see Algore and his greedy, “carbon credit” pals doing the “perp walk”.

Beautiful.
Gore, the IPCC, Pickens, & anyone affiliated with companies that make money off of legislated global warming initiatives should all be brought in.

Oh, goody: When oil peaked at $100.00 a barrel I bought a lot of coal stocks.

Where do I contribute to the cause? Sure, Peabody may not need the cash, but I’ll chip in...

This is absolutely wonderful! Ayatollah Obama will not be able to ruin what is left of industry in the United States, if the EPA is not allowed to levy taxes on American companies.

We should take a page from the left’s playbook and start refering to Gore and the rest as the “Carbon Cartel”.

I read someplace that some spokesman for the EPA in answering a question related to the scientific basis for their need to control carbon dioxide emissions responded: “The United Nation’s IPCC of course”. If so, the EPA will have zero chance of prevailing in court.
To: libstripper
All of the oil companies should join in, too!
