We need a Supreme Court ruling on whether Obama, due to his father’s Kenyan citizenship, meets the Natural Born Citizen requirement in our Constitution.

Do you need a Supreme Court ruling to know when you are finished wiping? Are there 24 hours in the day? I mean the Supreme Court has never ruled on either question.

No, we don't need a Supreme Court ruling on any of this, and never have. I wonder though: Has Orly finally done something so crazy that the Birthers can't buy in? And if so, will they reevaluate Birtherism, or just go looking for a new prophet?

I put it at 50-50 that the Birthers give up on Orly, and 1-20 that the give up on Birtherism.
