Posted on 02/23/2010 4:15:50 PM PST by 2ndDivisionVet
Tea Party organizers have found their voice, grown exponentially and have exerted their political will into both parties. Many of these grassroots organizations are now celebrating their first anniversary, but one thing is certain, they wont rest until Washington politics is restored to its roots and begins to live within its means.
According Dylan Ratigan at MSNBC the Tea Party movement has no coach, no game plan, and did we mention, the tea party has a bit of an integrity problem, as everybody from birthers, to open racists, to outright Nazis are actually on the team. And no one involved, including its leadership, seems to mind the fact.
Ask the millions of everyday Americans who attended political rallies for the first time in their lives about main stream media view of their cause and you get something along the lines of sticks and stones. While the mainstream media continues to mock the grassroots movement, the Tea Party folks look at the swelling ranks assuring their value in the political process.
There are two things I have discovered during the course of the past year regarding the media. First, San Diego is blessed to have very engaged and fair-minded local news organizations. Second, in terms of national coverage, Tea Party participants rely mainly on the internet, Facebook, and Twitter and we really don't expect much out of the beltway/New York media organizations, says Leslie Eastman founder of the Southern California Tax Revolt Coalition.
The chance to usurp a new movement may prove more difficult as the Tea Party remains leaderless. However that wont stop the left trying to discredit a movement that is clearly resonating with a large majority of Americans. What they still don't understand is that this is a leaderless movement, this is a 'We The People...' movement. Our new website is a chance for 'We The People' to stand up and say that 'I Am The Tea Party Leader, Eastman said.
As a registered Democrat, and a co-founder of the Tea Party organization, I am taking a few moments to review information that has been setting citizen activists across the country abuzz. There are NO designated Tea Party Leaders, Eastman explained.
Over the weekend the movement learned of a new clandestine attack against the Tea Party organizers. Recent upset victories in blue states have the Clinton political machine operating in overtime researching activities by Tea Party organizers. The man expected to head the full-frontal assault against the Tea Party crowd is none other than James Carville.
Big Government reports, that Clintonistas are plotting a push/pull strategy. They plan to identify 7-8 national figures active in the Tea Party movement and engage in deep opposition research on them. If possible, they will identify one or two they can perhaps turn, either with money or threats, to create a mole in the movement. The others will be subjected to a full-on smear campaign.
Responding to the attacks from the left, Tea Party organizers across the country have begun a counter-offensive. On their new website I am the tea party leader the group posted a response to the attempt to discredit the grassroots movement.
It is un-American and morally wrong for a former president to attack Americans who have gotten involved in the political system. It was Thomas Jefferson who said, when the people fear the government there is tyranny." The website encourages tea party activists across the country to post a short video explaining why they are a leaderless movement and rebuff attacks.
According to Tea Party Patriots, Our leaders are tea party organizers, patriots that make phone calls and send emails to their elected officials, bloggers, and activists that take time out of their lives to attend tea parties, the list goes on and on. We are the sleeping majority that has awakened.
No matter the name calling the Tea Party movement likens itself to a starfish with many legs, you cut one of us off and another will grow to take their place.
We patriots know that we are fighting for the principles that our freedom loving nation was founded on. We are just ordinary people reclaiming America's founding principles. We are a diverse group that comes from every walk of life and ethnic background. We all have one thing in common and that is we love freedom - economic freedom and freedom from big government and massive government deficits, says Tea Party Patriots.
In an effort to make it easier for former President Clinton and James Carville to identify Tea Party leaders the group established the new web site. We hope to collect videos from thousands of patriots telling former President Clinton and James Carville that they are Tea Party leaders. The videos are filmed at home, soccer fields, grocery stores and other locations that are indicative of the diversity of the tea party movement, the organization contends.
When asked about former President Clintons attempt to get involved in discrediting Tea Parties, Eastman admits she is angry.
I have mixed feelings. Anger, because the Tea Parties are comprised of average Americans exercising their First Amendment rights who should not be personally targeted by political elites. I feel sadness, because I voted for President Clinton in 1992, so he obviously valued my opinion then - should it count less now? And I feel mystified, Clinton has a legacy of a sound economy and being flexible enough to change course after the 1994 election - why should he interject himself now in this way and potentially damage any remaining relevancy and credibility he has, Eastman said.
When it comes to marring the movement or trying to paint the Tea Party actions into some sort of racially negative movement Eastman warns the left-leaning media to be careful.
It is the opinion of every Tea Party participant that if any attempt is made to target one of us, then the rest of us will rally and become more active. A good example of this is the new I am a leader website, Eastman concludes. Link here; http://www.iamtheteapartyleader.com/
It doesnt matter if the media or political talking heads agree or disagree with the Tea Party movement, what is important is that we the people are seen in every town across the nation ready to make a difference on election day November 2010, according to the millions of Tea Party leaders.
Old Cigar dude just needs to get his face in the media. He knows we are going to take over and he doesn’t like it.
He buddies up to Nobama, who by the way trashed his wife, and everything is rosy. Thats why I hate lawyers, they are all snakes.
“According Dylan Ratigan at MSNBC the Tea Party movement has no coach, no game plan, and did we mention, the tea party has a bit of an integrity problem, as everybody from birthers, to open racists, to outright Nazis are actually on the team”......is Dylan Ratigan aware that such a description ALSO fits 3/4 plus of those libtard left wing groups and organizations? LULZ, fail idiot.
Democratic Sen. Robert Byrd, Ex-Klansman
by Michelle Malkin (March 8, 2001)
Ex-Klansman Robert Byrd, the senior senator from West Virginia, casually used the phrase "white nigger" twice on national TV this weekend. Enraged civil rights groups organized a protest campaign against Sen. Byrd and demanded that he undergo sensitivity training ... not.
The ex-Klansman, you see, is a Democrat. Democrats can join hate groups and utter the ugliest racial slurs and get away with it because they are Democrats. They belong to the party of racial tolerance and understanding. They're paragons of virtue, and the rest of us are bigoted rubes.
The ex-Klansman showed his true colors when asked by Fox News Sunday morning talk show host Tony Snow about the state of race relations in America. Sen. Byrd warned: "There are white niggers. I've seen a lot of white niggers in my time. I'm going to use that word. We just need to work together to make our country a better country, and I'd just as soon quit talking about it so much."
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
In 1942, 24-year-old Byrd joined the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), whose parades in Matoaka, West Virginia, he had witnessed in his childhood. He was unanimously elected Exalted Cyclops, or leader, of his local chapter.
Byrd, in his autobiography, attributed the beginnings of his political career to this incident, although he lamented that they involved the Klan. According to Byrd, a KKK official told him "You have a talent for leadership, Bob... The country needs young men like you in the leadership of the nation." Byrd recalls that "suddenly lights flashed in my mind! Someone important had recognized my abilities! I was only 23 or 24 years old, and the thought of a political career had never really hit me. But strike me that night, it did." He participated in the KKK during World War II, holding the titles Kleagle (recruiter) and Exalted Cyclops. He did not serve in the military during the war, working instead as a welder in a Baltimore, Maryland shipyard, where he helped build warships.
Byrd commented on the 1945 controversy about racially integrating the military. Byrd, when he was 28 years old, wrote to segregationist Senator Theodore Bilbo, of Mississippi, vowing never to serve in such a military:
"Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds."
He had earlier written "I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side".
YouTube - Senator Robert Byrd says "white niggers" on TV:
And we shouldn’t forget-zero and the libs have Dr. Amy Bishop on their team!!
Leaderless is driving them absolutley nuts because they can’t use the Alynski tactic. Kind of like the Matrix
"Black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy. What we need is the divine love as expressed in Black Power, which is the power of black people to destroy their oppressors here and now by any means at their disposal".

SEAN HANNITY: But Reverend Jeremiah Wright is not backing down and has not for years and in his strong stance on the teaching of black liberation theology is nothing new. He had the same things to say last spring when he appeared on "Hannity & Colmes:"
WRIGHT: If you're not going to talk about theology in context, if you're not going to talk about liberation theology that came out of the '60s, systematized black liberation theology that started with Jim Cone in 1968 and the writings of Cone and the writings of Dwight Hopkins and the writings of womynist theologians and Asian theologians and Hispanic theologians, then you can't talk about the black value system.
HANNITY: But I'm a reverend
WRIGHT: Do you know liberation theology, sir?
Obama's Church: Gospel of Hate

In March of 2007, FOX News host Sean Hannity had engaged Obamas pastor in a heated interview about his Churchs teachings. For many viewers, the ensuing shouting match was their first exposure to "Black Liberation Theology"...
Like the pro-communist Liberation Theology that swept Central America in the 1980s and was repeatedly condemned by Pope John Paul II, Black Liberation Theology combines warmed-over 1960s vintage Marxism with carefully distorted biblical passages. However, in contrast to traditional Marxism, it emphasizes race rather than class. The Christian notion of "salvation" in the afterlife is superseded by "liberation" on earth, courtesy of the establishment of a socialist utopia.
Obama's (former) "Green Jobs Czar", Van Jones
Van Jones became a revolutionary communist following the 1992 L.A./Rodney King Riots (58 dead)

"Jones was arrested during the L.A. riots and spent a short time in jail. "I met all these young radical people of color," he recalls, 'I mean really radical: communists and anarchists. And it was, like, "This is what I need to be a part of." I spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary.'..."
By the late 1990s, Jones was a committed Marxist-Leninist-Maoist who viewed police officers as the arch-enemies of black people, and who loathed capitalism for allegedly exploiting nonwhite minorities worldwide. He became a leading member of Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM), a now-defunct Bay Area Marxist-Maoist collective that was staffed by members of various local nonprofits, a number of whom had ties to the Ella Baker Center.
In the early 2000s, Jones and STORM were active in the anti-Iraq War demonstrations organized by International ANSWER, a front group for the Marxist-Leninist Workers World Party. STORM also had ties to the South African Communist Party and it revered Amilcar Cabral, the late Marxist revolutionary leader (of Guinea-Bissau and the Cape Verde Islands) who lauded Lenin as "the greatest champion of the national liberation of the peoples." (In 2006 Van Jones would name his own newborn son "Cabral" -- in Amilcar Cabral's honor.)"

From David Horowitz's FrontpageMag.com /DiscoverTheNetworks.org:
"Throughout its history, one of RCP's [Revolutionary Communist Party] principal objectives has been to foment civil unrest in the United States. The most notable example of such efforts occurred on April 29, 1992, when RCP members looted and trashed the downtown and government districts of Los Angeles, triggering the infamous Rodney King riots. During the days immediately preceding the violence, RCP -- which maintained close ties to the L.A. gangs known as the Crips and the Bloods -- had circulated throughout South Central Los Angeles a leaflet featuring a statement by RCP National Spokesman Carl Dix, titled 'It's Right To Rebel' -- a quote popularized by Mao Zedong.
Encouraged by Dix, RCP activists helped lead the riots that would leave 58 people dead, more than 2,300 people injured, some 5,300 buildings burned, and $1 billion in property damaged or destroyed. On the ten-year anniversary of the rioting, RCP member Joseph Veale fondly recalled the violence as 'the most beautiful, the most heroic civil action in the history of the United States.'"

(note the red communist star on his shirt)
From Investor's Business Daily (IBD), August 27, 2008:
"Ayers, now a tenured distinguished professor of education at UIC, works to educate teachers in socialist revolutionary ideology, urging that it be passed on to impressionable students.
One of Ayer's descriptions for a course called 'Improving Learning Environments' says prospective K-12 teachers need to 'be aware of the social and moral universe we inhabit and ... be a teacher capable of hope and struggle, outrage and action, teaching for social justice and liberation.
The Annenberg papers are quite extensive 132 boxes containing 947 file folders with 70 linear feet of material. They undoubtedly contain more surprises regarding Obama's relationship with Ayers, one of many relationships Obama has sought to hide.'..."

Their kind need no reason whatsoever to do whatever it is they are going to do.
I suspect the business about selecting 7 to 9 leaders is more about lining them up for early death than for political criticism.
If Eric Holder were an honest man he'd be rounding the Clintonistas up for some seriously enhanced interrogations.
Aren't the leftists/statists/marxists usurping the "tea party" to sport their own "candidate" for Senator from Nevada as a back-door way to help reed? And, on a more local level, I wonder if something similar is going on here in MA, where some "tea party" seems to be backing Myhos.
You'd think there'd be some Weather people around out there who still have a grievance against this puke ~ maybe someone coming out of jail or something.
Does anyone doubt there won't be a time for bloodshed....another American Revolution on the horizon if this continues?
“The man expected to head the full-frontal assault against the Tea Party crowd is none other than James Carville.”
And Mary Matalin continues to co-habit with this reprehensible creature. I could never maintain a marriage with someone whose core values and political views were so diametrically opposed to my own.
Especially not at that level of the game.

"Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, kill your parents, that's where it's really at"
--Bill Ayers (1970), quoted in New York Times, September 11, 2001:
Article: "No Regrets for a Love Of Explosives; In a Memoir of Sorts, a War Protester Talks of Life With the Weathermen"
"It was at the Chicago home of [Bill] Ayers and [Bernardine] Dohrn that Obama, then an up-and-coming 'community organizer,' had his political coming out party in 1995. Not content with this rite of passage in Lefty World where unrepentant terrorists are regarded as progressive luminaries, still working 'only to educate' both Obamas tended to the relationship with the Ayers."

clintin machine? how about clintin lemon? He has no power. I think they just put up with him.
Perhaps these two who have studied law do not recognize what Justice Story recognized when he wrote his "Commentaries on the United States Constitution," and observed of the Constitution:
""...and its defenses are impregnable from without. It has been reared for immortality, if the work of man may justly aspire to such a title. It may, nevertheless, perish in an hour by the folly, or corruption, or negligence of its only keepers, THE PEOPLE. Republics are created by virtue, public spirit, and intelligence of the citizens."
TEA Partiers are the citizens of whom Justice Story spoke, and they are, in his words, the Constitution's "only keepers." They see threats to liberty by violations of that Constitution, and they have every obligation and right to speak out.
At lease there are no progressive socialist.
They still have their agenda and big plans. They never give up.
What is going on now is the fulfillment of what Clinton desired to do before running out of time. Remember the Blair/Clinton "Third Way" that was proposed during his administration? It was nothing more than fascism under a different name.
Two things happened - Gore lost, and 9/11 occurred, turning Blair into a neo-conservative. This set the movement back by a few years.
Now, they realize their last chance to see it in their lifetime is through Obama.
I’ll go to my grave believing that the Clinton camp leaked the affair, because they knew it was the one thing on which they could win.
