First the "truther supported" was entirely too slick for an honest person, but putting a quote on Rand Paul that isn't his is blatant lying, that was him as a representative on his father's 2008 campaign in 2007 when he was answering questions about what the Presidential candidate believed, that is why he was saying HE says, He wants, HE believes.

Since Rand Paul is using his father's organization and mirroring many if not most of his views, I think it's perfectly reasonable to assume that he holds these views unless he specifically says no.
