Basically, what’s happening to his dad sounds like what happened to mine.
His dad is in a coma and not awake and is fighting an infection of some sort.
My father DIED from that.
Under NO circumstances, when it was happening, would I have been ANYPLACE except at my father’s bedside?
Keith was using a tragedy to advance disjointed logic about the right to have an end-of-life care conversation with your loved ones. I agree that you should have an end of life care conversation with your loved ones...no one’s stopping ANYONE from doing that. It’s still going to depend on what happens and what the doctors say.
