When Israel wants to show faith, Israel will refuse foreign funds. Otherwise we will just see them going around begging at China’s or Russia’s back door.

ISRAEL IS READY TO BE 100%-CAPITALIST. It's only US Foreign Aid that's holding them back.
Once the US cuts off all foreign aid, Israel will acheive true independence.
Personally, I think that would be a good thing for both countries.
