Suspect is dead.Good news. Even if this was a warrant for an unconstitutional reason (which I don't know if it was or not), arguing is for court, not for the street. Open fire on our LEO's and you should be dead wrong.

Rumor has it that the guy was a nutcase that was tormenting his neighbors. There was a shooting at the mobilehome park a few days ago along with several fires that were connected to this guy.

Fairly large mobile home park is at west end of city of Sanger. Vista Del Monte Mobile Home Park. Appears to be the only mobile home park in the area.
Looks like a nice town. Lot of folks hurting there tonight.

It’s hard to argue in court when you’re dead, and cops have been killing innocent people at alarming rates these days; we seem to have an epidemic of “isolated incidents.” I do not give the automatic benefit of the doubt to the suspect, but I don’t give it to the cops either. Peace officers I can respect, LEOs I merely fear. Check out Ruby Ridge and Waco. And Donald Scott, and Ishmael Mena.

This did not happen in Sanger. It happened in an area called Centerville. It is so small that it consists of two run down general stores, a feed store (I think), a bar or two and the mobile home park.

Good news. Even if this was a warrant for an unconstitutional reason
I don,t know what it was, but if the reason for the warrant was not constitutional, I strongly disagree, the cops and other public servants are not our masters although many try to act like it. most of them either love to do what they are told to do by their superiors, even if they know its wrong or they are to dependent on government to refuse.
I would not do what the guy did, I would just kiss their ass because i would not even think of killing anyone, but its easy to see how in this country that is the land of the free and becoming a police state that people can be pushed to the deep end.
I will agree right or wrong the guy is maybe better off dead.

Fresno is not Northern CA. It takes me 5 hours driving south in California just to get to Sacramento.

I concur, but Fresno is only about 30 miles from the geographic center of CA. So it is the most central of Central CA that you can get.
Fresno is considered Northern CA from Southern CA and Southern CA from Northern CA. It is like being in a TMZ zone.

Everything north of the Tehachapi is considered northern California.
The people of Santa Barbara consider themselves northern Californians. (snob appeal?)

Everything north of the Tehachapi is considered northern California. Here let me fix it for you:
Everything South of the Grapevine is considered LA.

Anything south of a line running from Eureka, through Mount Shasta, to Alturas is now L.A.-tainted territory, so may be considered Southern California. ;-’)
