Bullshit .... I am tired of paying these clowns! Last week I saw 5 Caltrans workers changing a tire ... I am done!
Somebody needs to tell the boy that Kauliphonia is broke. I don’t think the founding fathers ever intended for “judges” to have the power we have allowed them to grab.
I can’t even think of words to say, anymore. It’s like a parody of a spoof.
P.S. All you stupid Californians don't even think of moving to Arizona, we don't need nor can afford your crap. You did enough damage to us when you elected Nappy as our gov.AWB
Then the judge can pay for those furloughed employees out of his own pocket.
Ahnold should grow a pair and tell the judge ‘you decree it, you pay it.’
Take a good look. This is what happens when a system starts to collapse upon itself.
Here’s yet another story involving a judicial ruling where the media outlet doesn’t link to the judge’s decision, or even name the lawsuit. We, I suppose, are to take the media’s very limited - in this case non-existent - explanation of why the court ruled the way it did. Another reason to loathe the media.
He belongs to the "State Workers Party" the only party that counts in California
Arnold Schwarzenegger made some efforts in the beginning and they beat him like a red haired stepchild
exactly the judges are helping collapse the sytem which is good the quicker it collapses the quicker we can start to clean it up!!
A judge has attacked parents, suggesting they are bigots for seeking to opt out their elementary-age children from a mandatory controversial pro-homosexual curriculum, according to a nonprofit law firm.
The parents were represented in California’s Alameda Superior Court by Pacific Justice Institute. On Dec. 1, Judge Frank Roesch denied a motion to allow them to have their children excused from the lessons.
According to the group, Roesch blasted the parents for seeking enforcement of a provision of the California Education Code that gives parents a right to opt their kids out of health education.
I was done four years ago, and moved to Texas.
Too late (but you knew that already).
The pink slips should go out tomorrow morning.
Let the judge write the check.
We will fight this our way in Kalifornia!
Good Luck, your screwed.AWB
Kalifornia residents need to fight this fight ourselves!
We let the news media elect these creeps, now it’s time to kick some liberal ass!
Many of the courts in CA are now on a 4 day week to save money..so they have a conflict of interest in this argument.
Better yet....time to hand pink slips to some judges.
Who’s going to pay them? The state is broke
California has become a political sewer
From Crisis Secession: "We can all agree that we are sliding toward a crisis of some kind. Whether your favorite crisis scenario involves monetary policy, food supplies, energy resources, or whatever, something bad is headed our way. For years, or decades, we have been clawing at the rails to slow down the train headed toward the cliff. There are a lot of bloody fingertips out there, but there is good news. Producers can survive a major crisis in far greater numbers than can the leeches who depend on those producers. So stop clawing."
