That is why the dimoKKKRAT leadership wants this thing passed before the Spring break. They figure they will loose votes when the buffoons go back home and listen to their constituents.

Where are their offices? We can protest them. If they have businesses or other personal financial interests, where are they? We protest them as well.

Hold the Townhalls without the vermin who are too gutless to show up to defend their treason. Call for their removal from office in November. Video tape the Townhall Meeting for use during the campaign.

Dear Governor Perry,

On March 30, 2009 the Texas House of Representatives passed HCR 50 affirming that the State of Texas claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment.

You have publicly supported this bill, and stated that attorney generals from all over the union could be getting ready to sue the US Government.

We are asking you to take the lead.

We are asking you to order the Texas Attorney General to publicly begin working on a law suit under Article IV, Ninth, and Tenth Amendment of the Constitution.

We are asking you to protect the citizens of Texas that we will not stand for government controlled healthcare in our state.

Under your leadership we can effectively kill the proposal of this administration and allow Texas to be a state free from socialism and collectivism.

Be the voice of reason in the national debate and allow Texans the ability to solve the problems of our state.

Thank you,

Facts about the 10th Amendment:

The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) of the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791. The Tenth Amendment restates the Constitution’s principle of Federalism by providing that powers not granted to the national government nor prohibited to the states are reserved to the states or the people.

HCR 50 HAS PASSED THE HOUSE 99-36!
Affirming that the State of Texas claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the U.S. Constitution, serving notice to the federal government to cease and desist certain mandates, and providing that certain federal legislation be prohibited or repealed.

Take Action! Before it is too late!

REMEMBER THIS,TEXANS:

Feds Have Built Only 32 Miles of 700 Mile Double-Border Fence Originally Mandated by Congress

“One reason DHS has been able to do this is an amendment that Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R.-Texas) slipped into an omnibus appropriations bill that Congress passed on December 18, 2007. Hutchison’s amendment put a loophole in the fence law that allowed the secretary of Homeland Security not
to build the fence Congress had mandated the year before.”

Yes, good thinking. And let the Tea Party people know. We show up in NUMBERS. Its time we used some of their tactics and found where these creeps do business or relax, protest them there.

Although the chances are slim and it is an election year, but start a recall effort in your State. If you have a rat that voted for Obamacare, start a recall based on violating the constitution by mandating we buy health care under penalty of law. If it snowballs, you will not need the town-hall meetings, they will get the message. Then we must demand (in massive numbers) that the GOP leadership come out publicly with their plan to roll this back if they take over the Senate and House. Make it clear you may use reconciliation and be successful, but when we retake power we will defund or roll this plan back.

How about prosecuting these gutter slime for treason? They declared war against We The People and they know it.

The sleazy, smarmy Barron Hill, my rep, refused to hold town hall meetings last summer after calling Tea Party protesters “domestic terrorists”.

I sincerely doubt he will be holding any town hall meetings over spring break.

I can hardly wait to get to the voting booth in November to vote against this sorry SOB.

At the present time they are in control of the law enforcement mechanism. And they are not about to prosecute themselves. It has been a long time since “We The People” have had any say. One of the reasons I voted for President Bush the first time was the hope he would prosecute the Clintom crime cartel. Insted, they let Sandy Berger get away wilh stealing classified 9-11 documents. We are not only screwed, we are f**ked. The Republican Party Will fight us before they fight the Democrats.

If we can get this rat push put off until after any break,we`ll have the momentum. The key is to stall,I suggest we search the various sites and web pages. Find any sites that are proposing such actions and post your own threads or comments there and links to them on threads here. We need to unite as a concerted Conservative front.I have supported the idea of a Conservative alliance for a while,I still do. We need to reach out to other conservative sites and groups.
