Impeach Bush. War criminals. Cheney, Halliburton and torture. Illegal war. Spying on Americans. Secret prisons. shredding of our Constitution. Sacrificed our values. Bush lied, people died. Waterboarding is torture.
Rather than seeing things in terms of "policy differences", those further to the left of President Obama (hard to believe that's possible, I know- but now he has to govern) still seek to appease their moveon.org base by prosecuting persecuting those they believe participated in criminal activity under the Bush Administration. They believe that Bush hurt America's moral standing in the world.
A bit over a week ago, Bush lawyers Yoo and Bybee were cleared of any professional misconduct, which arguably is not the case for their accusers.

We aren't cowards. We don't need torturers to keep us safe. We can take care of ourselves, and the services of the torturers are not wanted. Get lost, creeps.
The problem being addressed is not cruelty or torture, it is the unacceptable loss of vital information and the compromising of ongoing operations.
These people are crazy. I can tell you that if my daughter was kidnapped, a bomb strapped to her and I had the person that did this, I would pull every fingernail out of his hands and do any thing else I could think of to get information as to her location. I believe that any father would do the same thing. The only other question is how far would you go if you knew your whole country was in danger? If a whole city was a target, do we let the terrorist win or do we stop the terror before it takes place? To sit back and wait is stupid.
I got an idea.
Grab the scumbag and try him before a military tribunal. If you can get a sentence of death, then you can do whatever you want with him - dead men should have no rights.
