I was thinking-and I’m sure someone will correct me-that last Friday-Saturday a 7.0 Japan followed in ten hours by an 8.8 Chile, isn’t normal or typical.
Have felt for weeks if not months that once the big quakes started, another 6.0 or above would strike well before the last one was dealt with well.
And Chile had a 6.3 aftershock today too.
Stratigist chimes in quiet often on earthquake threads to put in his two cents.
Usaully to the tune of no big deal in regards to quake size.
However have not seen him (doesnt mean he has not been around) since these mega quakes have hit. Like Chili.
Odd hope he is ok.
