Adam Gadahn, the first person charged with treason by an American court in 50 years, has been captured in Pakistan.
"Gadahn was arrested in recent days, two officers who took part in the operation told The Associated Press. A senior government official also confirmed the arrest. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to release the information."

Getting captured in Pakistan will not be very good news for Gadahn. Paki’s don’t have all the pc-crap to put up with when they ‘talk’ to detainees.

In this case, since he is an American citizen, he should be read his rights. Then he should be given a fair trial and after he is found guilty of treason should be shot by a firing squad.
Gadahn’s taunts pre and post 9/11 have been out there. He and KSM were close buddies in Karachi.
This is a treason case, open & shut. It’ll be interesting to see what he’s charged with.

But the hard part is getting at least two eye witnesses to testify against him as required by the Constitution.
