One of my faves is a Turkish over and under but the russky saiga 12 is more dependable.

Get a Browning A-5, you can bump fire them (so I’ve heard from a friend of a cousin’s friend).
If you gotta go pump, Winchester 12, or Stevens 520... you can slam fire them.
