I believe it is my fundamental right to live in a million dollar house er houses (I deserve more than one). I deserve to have a fleet of luxury automobiles and a yacht....and some more things. Yeah, I deserve a lot. Call me a liberal. Liberal..looter...same difference. (smirk)
Back in the late 90s while watching CSPAN I heard a speech by a libtard who stated that commercial sites (actually, she stated that any site that ended in “dot com”) should be banned from the internet since the internet should be a preserve for education and culture. In other words, like PBS.
I would say that unfettered internet access is being something that should be guaranteed much like a free press. Free internet however should never be a right.
