I used that one in five or six different briefings - there’s a Far Side cartoon for every proposition! Unfortunately, the one most applicable to the Republican Party seems to be the one where the two guys are floating on the wreckage of their own ship, watching the other ship sinking, and one says, “We won! We won!”
