Does Dr. Fukino realize what she is saying above when she says that Obama himself posted his birth certificate on his website? Does she realize that she is saying that Obama may have given up his right to secrecy and privacy when it comes to his long and short form birth certificate?
That is, did Obama give up his right to privacy concerning his Hawaii birth certificate when---according to Dr. Fukino herself---Obama VOLUNTARILY displayed his short form birth certificate on his OWN website?
1. It seems to me that if Obama VOLUNTARILY displayed his birth certificate on his own website as reported by Dr. Fukino, then Obama, in my opinion, has given up his right to call on privacy laws to stop Hawaii officials from releasing his birth certificate to the public for all of us to examine it.
2. And I don't mean for Obama or Hawaii officials to show us Obama's long form birth certificate on the internet. I say that Hawaii officials are now obligated to allow reporters to touch and examine Obama's long and short form in person.
But if Hawaii officials display Obama's long and short form birth certificate on its OWN site, that would be a big step in trying to resolve the controversy surrounding Obama's long and short form birth certificates.
3. I say that Obama has opened the door for Hawaii officials to allow reporters to examine Obama's long form birth certificate up close and in hand.
4.Again, I say that Dr.Fukino---by testifying before a Hawaii government committee that Obama VOLUNTARILY displayed his short form birth certificate on his own website---has opened the door to the argument that Obama gave up his right to be protected by privacy laws when he VOLUNTARILY displayed his short form birth certificate on his own website.
Possibly you could work this Fukino’s acknowledgment into your case or into your response to the opposition’s brief?
