I know he is a “western” Democrat, but nevertheless, this is good to see.
Comfort to know where to move should the crappola Health Care Reform be passed by the Democrapz!!!
I agree with state sovereignty, but I disagree when it comes to the Real ID Act. If a state does not comply with Federal guidelines regarding the issuance of driver’s licenses, residents of your state can’t use the license as a legal ID to get on a plane. This is an issue of National Security and therefore is a Federal issue.
Many states have become way too lax in whom they give licenses to. On the flip side, many of these states are self proclaimed “sanctuary states” and should be prosecuted as such. Unfortunately, the feds do pick and choose, even when it comes to National Security.
I think that every time we catch an illegal alien they out to be bussed to one of the sanctuary states/cities and turned loose. Let the liberal idiots deal with the problems they cause the rest of us.
“This is an issue of National Security and therefore is a Federal issue”
The feds call EVERYTHING an issue of national security, so I guess mandating reporting to the feds when you take a dump should be legal?
