I got the sarcasm, but wanted to reply. Trigger guards are for the DUmies...may they all have them installed, and keep the key in a safety deposit box.

I have to side with the MA sjc. The 2nd simply constrains the fed gov; states are free to enact their own laws on top Uh, no. "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States." -- Amendment 14.
