IMHO he is not.
The costs have been researched. The comparisons made. The 'newborn' are at the bottom of the pile when measured by taxable income and production status.
Much better is to import new slaves (I mean working age socialist voters.) They may bring in some underage children, but they will be use to replace the aging baby-boomers who must be killed off before the new 'national' health care PLAN can start giving out benefits.
Of course, the taxing starts right away. We can't have the "ole wankers" get away with out paying for their government-planned EOD ceremony.

And it's working if we're to believe Pelosi only needs 6 more votes. I'm getting so sick of FNC pundits telling us this week that there's a 50/50 chance; followed by there's only a 50/40 change what with the Parlimentarian ruling and now we learn she only needs 6 votes?? At this point I want it over with now, come what may.
