She said she supports First Amendment rights, but that an Internet blog ban and newspaper restrictions are "probably the right thing in California." She does not own a computer.

She said she supports Third Amendment rights, but that housing National Guard troops in private homes to save the state money is "probably the right thing in California." She does not own a home.

She said she supports Fourth Amendment rights, but that police search and seizure on a whim is "probably the right thing in California." She does not own personal property.

She said she supports Fifth Amendment rights, but that trying people over and over until they're found guilty is "probably the right thing in California." She does not know a good criminal defense attorney.

She said she supports Eighth Amendment rights, but that $1000 parking tickets and public floggings are "probably the right thing in California." She does not own a whip.

Yeah, sounds pretty silly on everything else... but why is it OK on guns??
