The report about Blanning reads oddly. A kook left time bombs in four places to perform “bank robberies” and then he killed himself shortly afterward? Doesn’t one have to be personally present to rob a bank? How does a time bomb serve as a robbery weapon? Sounds more like he was bent on destroying some bank buildings, but the story (even from the horse’s mouth) does not tell enough.
