Whoa....listening to an excerpt from Bret Baier’s interview with BHO- he got very testy with Bret.

You’re right! The look on his face was priceless! From the short clip it looked like Bret was doing his best to not allow Obama to drone on and on. Apparently our President isn’t used to a journalist acting like a journalist.
Bret said earlier in an interview that he (Bret) was a lot more confrontational in this interview than he normaly is. He was wanting answers - Obambi kept interupting.

Anyway, as far as this "deemed passed" thing goes, I think that's a total non-issue. The Senate bill would be as much "deemed passed" if the House took it up and then started to amend it, as it will be if the House "deems" it passed, then orders it changed via a concurrent resolution.
The real unconstitutional meat isn't in the process used for passage, it's in the substance of the bill. Problem is, the nose has been under the tent for decades, see SCHIP, Medicare, Medicaid.
I see new Fox bashing coming from the White House in 3, 2, 1...

In other words, the Slaughterhouse scam wasn’t going to work so let’s just sweep our attempt at it under the rug and pretend it never happened.
Our legislators don’t vote for ideas, they vote for bills - specific language which may or may not become law. But if it does become law, it is the SPECIFIC LANGUAGE, not the original intent or idea, that we must live under.
