Bronx teacher accused of forcing child to tell crush he is gay

A Bronx charter school is under fire from parents who say a teacher bullied kids -- and even forced one child to tell his crush, a girl, that he was gay.

According to court papers filed this week, the teacher, Jared Alessandroni, 29, threatened to "out" a straight 9-year-old boy, James Pastrana, to his class at the South Bronx Charter School for International Cultures and the Arts, unless James told his crush he was gay.

"I was so humiliated," said Pastrana, who reluctantly scribbled the false confession in a note to the girl. "It started to spread around the whole class and then everyone wanted to call me gay."

A second lawsuit alleges that Alessandroni twisted an 8-year-old boy's arm in a school stairwell in 2008 because he didn't like the way the boy was walking.

1. All of the claims made against me have been reviewed at length by the Office of Special Investigations and I was cleared unequivocally of all charges.

The teacher says he was cleared of all wrongdoing, but he doesn’t give more info.

This teacher needs to be fired and horsewhipped (at a minimum). He has essentially raped this child and destroyed his life.

The only hope for a normal life this kid has is to move far away from NYC and start over someplace where no one knows him. He will be relentlessly teased over being "gay" as long as the other kids remember this, and they will never forget.

Since relentless teasing by ones peers during the formative years is one of the three leading causes of SsAD we can count this as another case of recruitment by a 'homosexual'
