I’ve seen enough. There’s no point in my following the current debacle on a minute-by-minute basis. I appreciate those of you who do, but I need to rest and plan for the next round. I believe that we’ll have elections in November, and we need to defeat the Democrats soundly. We eventually had welfare reform. We didn’t get everything we wanted, but we made some progress. If we push hard enough, we can overturn this nonsense. When vets returned from Vietnam, some people spit on them. No matter what people think about the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan, no one would consider doing the same to a returning vet today. That’s another example of our nation having a complete change because people realized how wrong certain attitudes and actions were. I hope that someday we can turn the tide so that people will see support for the SOBama takeover bill in the same light that they saw mistreatment of returning veterans, prohibition, and other similar disasters in our nation’s history.
Understand. We all have our different roles. Some plan, some gather intel, many fight.
Bill Clinton was a bastion of integrity compared to Barack Obama. I don’t see canceling elections on Barack’s plate yet, but they will be Acornized 6 ways from Sunday on the taxpayer’s dime. The give a damn factor will need to be immense.
Rest up, WFTR. We will fight another day.
