I am guessing that Costa Rica may be a place for US doctors to hang their sign. Us US citizens will have to hop on a plane to see our doctors when we need to. Anything life threatening, well we will have to take our chances. Costa Rica and many other countries that have “socialized medicine” do not make it mandatory. That is one of the parts of this HC bill that should have been vehemently opposed by the majority.

If this goes into effect, I suspect our son who is special needs will eventually be turned away at the ER if he would need care. It sickens me that the best ever health care system in the world will be systematically destroyed by the progressives.

I think there's a penalty in there for the top per-patient charging doctors, like in Mediscare.

I am upset about all the special needs kids who will be turned away—unless Sarah Palin runs for President and wins.
