Janet Napolitano I'm hoping they included her name just so the others didn't seem so insane. Given Obama's track record for czar and cabinet appointments it's very likely that this list includes tax evaders and outright communists.

I notice that Cass Sunstein isn't mentioned in the article as a possible SCOTUS choice, so that might be something to be glad about.
