"Executives orders are only good for as long as the president is in power." No, they are enforceable until the Supreme Court says they aren't enforceable, or until Congress passes legislation reversing it, or until a subsequent President writes a countervailing or amending order.

He is one of the VERY VERY few to support this born alive let em die crap and he did it TWICE. Yup...I wonder what conservatives in IL who worked so hard to expose this Sicko on the abortion issue are gonna think when this guy signs an executive order finally supporting the pro-life cause!

"...or when the mother's life is threatened. Which means, anyone who wants an abortion. All you have to do to meet this one is a little creativity, ie. "My boyfriend threatened to kill me if I have this baby." This "executive order" is BS and means absolutely nothing when you consider the "executive" who is ordering it.

Why is incest listed? If incest isn’t rape, but rather between consenting adults, should it be included as one of those ‘hardship’ cases?

2.Crap and Tax
3.Shamnesty
He gets this trifecta and there will never be a conservative elected to any branch of the federal government for the foreseeable future

A typical leftist fraud. The left of millions of mothers will naturally be DEEMED threatened!!!!! Will democrats in the house fall for this tripe??? Or will it represent yet another excuse for recalcitrant dems to vote for Hussein care.

Wait a minute. If San Fran Nan has the votes, why would the left consider crap like this?

Anyone over 60 better be concerned about the genocide of the elderly in this bill. Do you remember the movie "Salient Green"?

If the abortion language in the Senate bill (H.R. 3590) says "X", an Executive Order cannot make it say "Y". It just doesn't work that way - ask Harry Truman.I don't know very much about Harry Truman. Did he have a problem with an executive order?

"I don't know very much about Harry Truman. Did he have a problem with an executive order? " Yes, Truman tried to nationalize all steel mills in the country with an Executive Order. For the first time in history - although, up until that point, EO's hadn't really been used in quite that way - the Supreme Court granted cert on such a challenge to Executive authority on EOs The case was Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer. The Supremes held for the plaintiff, ruling Truman's EO unconstitutional.
That set the guidelines that are in place today - Executive Orders can't undo enacted legislation, or violate the Constitution.

Salient Green was a pre-evironmental movie produced in the 60's. The plot revolved around an unsustainable population -anyone over the age of 60 voluntarily drank the purple poison, laid on a conveyor belt and watched a movie of beautful flowers as they met their demise. Then their remains became fertilizer
There was something creepy about the movie. Maybe it was prophetic.
