Good question....All the feds have to do is to threaten the witholding of federal dollars,ie highway funds,etc until the states drop their suits....checkmate. We are not dealing with rational adults.

Yep and all the states have to do is withhold payment of federal withholding tax on all state and federal workers. They can put it into a trust to offset any moneies withheld by the feds.

We need a movement to give out state legislatures the spine to tell the feds to fix their own d*mned roads and to shut down federally mandated programs if the feds cut off funds.
